Holly K. Melzer is the Managing Owner at 850 Title, LLC. Holly has 15 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in complex title issues, business transactions, and real estate transactions.
Holly is a “double Gator”, graduating from the University of Florida with a B.S. degree and earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She has been admitted to practice law in Florida since 2007.
In addition to her role in 850 Title, Holly serves as Chair of the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport Board of Directors. She has been awarded the Florida Super Lawyers Magazine Rising Star, Girl Scout Council of the Florida Panhandle Women of Distinction Award, and Anchorage Children’s Home Anchor of the Year Award.
There is nothing Holly enjoys more than spending time with her husband, Daniel, and their two children. When not in the office, she is traveling to her children’s soccer tournaments all over the Southeast and is a competitive equestrian.

With 38 years of experience in the title business — starting in high school and spending the last 33 years as a real estate paralegal — Carol brings unmatched knowledge and dedication to every transaction.
She’s worked on everything from residential closings to complex commercial deals, always under the trusted guidance of legal professionals.
A licensed real estate agent and notary public, Carol is also a proud single mom to her 26-year-old son, Dylan.
