Holly K. Melzer
Managing Owner
Holly K. Melzer is the Managing Owner at 850 Title, LLC. Holly has 15 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in complex title issues, business transactions, and real estate transactions.
Holly is a “double Gator”, graduating from the University of Florida with a B.S. degree and earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She has been admitted to practice law in Florida since 2007.
In addition to her role in 850 Title, Holly serves as Chair of the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport Board of Directors. She has been awarded the Florida Super Lawyers Magazine Rising Star, Girl Scout Council of the Florida Panhandle Women of Distinction Award, and Anchorage Children’s Home Anchor of the Year Award.
There is nothing Holly enjoys more than spending time with her husband, Daniel, and their two children. When not in the office, she is traveling to her children’s soccer tournaments all over the Southeast and is a competitive equestrian.
George “Boog” Potter
Co-Owner
In addition to co-owning 850 Title, Boog has owned and operated Warranty Title, Concord Title, and Reliable Title in Tennessee, and a number of companies in various industries including real estate development, rental management, marina management, athletic, and apparel operations. He has more than 25 years of experience with commercial and residential transactions and has served as a financial officer and consultant to several companies. Boog has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tennessee with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
Boog is an active father to his twin teenagers and serves as a Board Member for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation-East Tennessee and served as Committee Chair for the University of Tennessee Medical Center’s NICU Fundraising Campaign. He is often seen on 30A enjoying the beautiful beaches of South Walton.
Nick Harris

Nick Harris is a seasoned attorney with a strong commitment to providing honest, personalized legal services in the real estate industry. With over 15 years of experience, Nick has built a reputation for integrity and professionalism within the legal community. Nick is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, where he is the lead attorney and part owner of Concord Title and Warranty Title in Middle Tennessee.
Beyond his professional life, Nick is a dedicated family man. He is married to his loving wife, Dana, and is the proud father of three children: Ansley, Ellie, and Mason. Nick values the precious moments spent with his family and is committed to achieving a balance between his thriving legal career and his cherished role as a husband and father.

Keith Staley
Title Processor
Keith was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. After beginning his real estate career in New York City in 2004, he returned to Middle Tennessee in 2010 where he continued to work in the real estate industry. Keith moved to the Emerald Coast of Florida in 2017 and joined the Florida title industry in 2019. Keith strives to provide excellent customer service and has a keen eye for detail.
Keith maintains many close personal and professional relationships in both the New York and Middle Tennessee communities, as well as in Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys spending time with his Labrador/chihuahua mix rescue dog.
Powell Brammer Damm

Powell Brammer Damm has been a resident of Walton County for over 20 years. She attended local charter schools before earning a degree in Finance from Florida State University in 2017. Powell kicked off her post-graduate career with a position as a Financial Analyst at the Coca-Cola Headquarters in downtown Atlanta, GA. In 2018, Powell decided to return to her hometown of Santa Rosa Beach and was introduced to the world of Real Estate Title shortly thereafter. She eagerly absorbed knowledge while working in the industry and became a Licensed Title Agent in 2022. Powell values providing clients with personal care and transparency, and prioritizes the ideals and benefits associated with living in the area. In her free time, Powell enjoys spending time with her husband, Graydon, and their beloved pets.
